Gamers on the PS4, PS Vita, WIi U, 3DS, Mac, and PC have been furiously pissed off at the bullshit cheap 1001 Spikes since this past Tuesday, and NEXT Tuesday, Xbox One gamers get to curse out this game as well!

Now don’t get me wrong, I really love the game. It’s a hell of a lot of fun, but it is total bullshit how cheap that goddamn game is. Sure, I finally make it over the one jump, after getting shot in the face time after time, and as soon as I do, I get impaled by hidden spikes in the block I rested on for ONE SECOND because I needed to remember to breathe again. God it’s so good.

The cheap son of a bitch game, developed by 8bits Fanatics and published by Nicalis, based on the profanity-inducing Xbox Live Indie title Aban Hawkins & the 1000 Spikes, originally hit the other consoles on June 3rd for $14.99 and will hit the Xbox One on June 10th for the same price. Wii U and Nintendo 3DS owners were almost faced with a similar delay like Xbox One owners, but the game was released on time with an incoming patch to take care of some last minute issues.

I hope you’ve used your extra week well, Xboners, because come Tuesday we’re going to absolutely fucking hate 1001 Spikes just as much as every other poor bastard who bought this amazingly fantasic, brutally hard, embolism producing game. Buy it, love it, hate it, and then love it some more. Seriously, I feel like an abused housewife with this game. I just keep getting beat and beat, but I can’t stop loving it.
