At E3 2013 we were given a stunning look into the future of Mirror’s Edge, with the estimated launch window of “when it’s ready”. Then last year at E3 2014 we got a behind-the-scenes look into development with the people at DICE.
Now, just a month out from E3 2015 there is word that we may finally have this game in our hands in early 2016. Along with a follow-up to Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, EA is looking to release Mirror’s Edge in the fourth quarter of 2016’s fiscal year, which runs from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2016. Meanwhile we should see three more titles in the quarter preceding that, bringing us NBA Live 16, Star Wars Battlefront, and the new Need For Speed game all in time for Christmas.
